Hi,
I am on a Tier-1 General Visa and had completed four years of stay in UK.
My wife is also on Tier-1 General Visa and had completed five years of stay in UK. We are not dependant on each other as we have individual Tier-1 General visas. She is now preparing to apply for ILR.

My question is can i apply for ILR as her dependant along with her ILR application?

Please advice.

Thanks,
Mahesh

Since you are not your wife's dependant currently, you cannot apply in the same application as your wife. To apply with your wife you have to be a dependant and staying with the main applicant for last 2 years. The best for your is to wait for another year and apply.
