SET(O) for a dependent of Tier 1 holder

Am I right in thinking that I do not have to show the documentation that I and my dependent have been living in the same place for the last 2 years? This requirement seems only to apply to dependents of British citizens/settled persons, who complete SET(M) form. Is this correct?

For Tier 1 (set O) to ILR you dont need such documents.

SET(O) for a dependent of Tier 1 holder, you MUST show co-habitation docs for 2 years ...

Ok, obviously I got 2 contradictory responses.

sunil.suneel, can you please give me a source to your answer? I checked SET(O) form, and found no reference to any cohabitation requirements.

Ok, coming back to SET(O) form. Here's what I found:

"If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a
maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse."

Does this mean that if her last grant of leave was given to her 1 year ago, that we will only need to show our proof of cohabitation for 1 year only?
