Could you please help to clarify this? I fall under the HSMP JR category and would like to know if it is necessary to show evidence of 5 years economic activity? I have my payslips and bank statements for the last 15 months only and can't find my P60 for previous years.

Thanks

I believe you need all P60's or a combination of bank statements and payslips for the period under consideration.

In the SET(O) Form on Page 34, section 10G it states:

If you are employed, document(s) showing your economic activity and your personal earnings during your stay in the UK.

So that to me, means you need your P60's for that time + pay slips + bank statements

Question, if you have shown economic activity to obtain a renewal after the initial visa expired, do you still need to show for those inital 2 years? or just the last 3 years currently unaccounted for?

HSMP JR applicants need to show economic activity covering their stay. Normally last 3 payslips + last 3 bank statements + last 5 years P60/45s are are sufficient. Case worker may also ask for additional documentation but haven't seen any case where application was delayed / rejected inspite of these documents. There are examples where P60s were not asked for or missing P60s were ignored.
