Forgot to register with police for job changing, Urgent!!!

Hello Everyone,
I am going to apply for the ILR soon but was just told I need to report to the police for the job change each time. I thought I only need to report for the address change.
Does this matter? I only changed job once in 2009 during the 5 years.
