5 year wp granted for 26/03/2007 - 26/03/2012. arrived and stamped at heathrow.

is the earliest application date 28 days from visa start or actual stamp date?

You can apply for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your arrival to UK (date of entry).

What date you entered UK ?

Also the date you are suggesting is 2 days after the expiry of your WP.
