I have a friend who is going to apply ILR with criminal conviction (TFL underground- court case) .
I want to know if there are any cases reported on this forum where an applicant was granted ILR having unspent criminal conviction and applied under JR policy

As far as I am aware, Criminalities Threshold doesn’t apply on HSMP (JR) cases.
He might have to wait until his conviction is spent at the time of Citizenship.

many thanks for that.
Also, due to minor offence it was considered as non recordable offence and hence didn't show up on CRB and PNC.
Does he need to declare while applying for ILR under JR policy.?
are there any such cases reported on this forum where HSMPian applied for ILR having criminal conviction and still granted ILR

I am still waiting to hear live cases where ILR was granted to Applicants same day who applied with unspent conviction...
I know that applicants covered under JR (4 years or 5 years) are excempt from new criminality threshold, but I want to know if any cases reported where the applicants is refused or was considered to be made by post for this very reason.
Seniors/ Ste moderators, please attach the link to such cases if known.
