Hi,

I was trying to book an appointment online 3 days ago. I chose 19th Mar for Croydon . After I entered all my details and submitted, I have got some error. "Your case ID is not found. May be techincal error. Try later". I tried 3 times. Three time I got the same message.

But after some time I got a confirmation email from UKBA. It says, my appointment is confirmed on 19 Mar at Croydon and got a ref also.

I logged back into my account and checked it. But there is no appointment shown on my account. I called Crydon enquiry office and asked them with this ref. The lady on the phone said, the appointment is active (i.e. Booked). Then I told her, it is not shown on my account. She said, dont know why is not showing but appointment is made.

I am still doubtful, whether the appointment is booked or not. Has anyone got into this situation. Please advise me what to do. My worry is, if they say my appointment is not booked on that day. I will not have a time to rebook the appointment. Because, my Tier 1 expires on 30th Mar.

Thanks,

Just Call them to confirm it...
