He every one, need urgent help, dont know what to do.

I am due to apply for ILR in next week, just found my passport with FLR has expired last month. Now if I apply for new passport it will take atleast 3 weeks as I have checked with my embassy, and if I dont my current leave will be expired.
Also to apply for new passport I need my expired passport to show to get new one...............please if any body experienced the same before, any suggestions please tell.

Some countries do allow fast track passport issue in cases like yours.
Check with Embassy of your country, you might get passport within a couple of days by premium service.

As I know you wont be able to apply ILR on a expired passport. What if you include a cover letter and photo copies of your expired passport with the case and post the new passport as soon it arrives. I think you can do it with your dependant expired passport but not for the main applicant.

Its just my opinion, but wait for the senior members to respond
