Hello,

Since yesterday I am bit upset to have learned that fare evasion and then non paying the pnealty result in CCJ. I once was caught innocently as I went to Good Mayes the station had no barriers, I was travelling on 1-2 zone TFL Oyester and The station in question was in fourth. I was stopped and penalty was charged. I paid 5 pounds and remaining promise to pay later in post office. total penalty was 20 pounds. They gave me challan which I lost and subsequently forgot until yesterday when I read a blog that it could cost ILR if convicted. I then checked online on www.trustonline.org.uk and nothing found out. I also checked my SAR recently received from UKBA and nothing is in it, then I also checked my online experian report and nothing is in there too. I spoke to the guy in experian and he says if there was any such thing it would show up on the public record section.

The question is I have never receievd anything from court but i believe they persue even for anything but since i changed my house that time so i wonder it might had gone to my old place.

Just in case, please advice what shall i declare on the SET ( O) form then? Does a clean SAR report and clean histoty on experian is sufficent I am safe?

Last question, I am applying under 5 years WP with three employers, I have only 2 P60's and 2 years payslips ( missing P60 years) and last one year paylisps as I will not be given P60 at time of application.

Please help and thanks for your time.

Based on the facts you have mentioned, If I were you I will not be too concerned about this and carry on with your application as normal.

But then its your call. There can be no definite advice on this!

With respect to your P60's...you can speak to HMRC and ask them to send a letter to confirm your pay and tax information for the years in question. Thats I did when I applied for My ILR.
