ILR - Traffic offense - URGENT

Hi, I am applying for my ILR next week and I have been convicted once (crossed a red signal when I was driving with my Indian License) for which I have paid the necessary fine in the court (I was in front of the magistrate). There were no points deducted from my UK License when I got it. And I just have the payment receipt and don't have the exact details of when I was convicted etc etc. I have few questions,
1. Should I mark this as a criminal conviction in my application
2. Is there a govt website where I can get the details of my offsense (based on my name and list/account number specified in the fine receipt)
3. Will this be a reason for rejection
Any help would be much appreciated.
