Hi,

I've been receiving different information on this. Do I really need the past 12 months payslips and bank statements?

My friend who just did her said we do, do some members of this forum. But reading the doc I don't see this. We just need to proof that we're economically active right? 5 years of P60 should be able to proof that.

Thanks
xps

I think they want to tally up your payslip to the bank statement to make sure you are economically active. I dont think you need all 12 months, 2-6 months payslips and bank statement should do.

Good luck

From your previous posts it appears that you are a Tier 1 (General) migrant. Assuming that you will be applying for ILR on that basis, read the relevant guidance notes and this topic for useful information.

It is always good to carry all the documents that we have for any HO appointment, as we never know what they may ask and what we may have to submit and to avoid situation which could delay the process.

Tier 1 (G). No where in the docs that I need to show 12 months payslips + bank statements only enough to claim for the points.

The rest should be covered by P60s.

Yes, you don't need 12 months payslips and bank statements unless you want to claim 12 months earning for points.
