Hi All,

Is it sufficient to notify to UKBA by a letter that

1) I am no more availing services of my immigration solicitor
2) Pls post any relevant documents concerning to my application directly to me instead of the solicitors address of correspondence previously stated in my ILR application.
3) I am now attaching a self addressed special delivery envelope which UKBA can use to post my documents once a decision is reached on my ILR.

I am intending to send this letter to UKBA to Liverpool address mentioned under Section 17 - CONTACTING US AFTER YOU HAVE APPLIED of the SET (O) Guidance Notes Version 10/2011 to send more information about your application.

IS THIS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH OR DO I NEED A LETTER FROM MY SOLICITOR ALSO STATING THAT SHE IS NO MORE MY IMMIGRATION ADVISOR / LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE ??

ALSO CAN I SEND A SPECIAL DELIVER PREPAID ENVELOPE NOW ?

I think this info will be useful for many who want their decision to be posted quickly instead of 2nd class Royal Mail service which UKBA will be using.

Thanks & Regards
AshMad
