Hi All,

I am new with ILR rules. Just wanted to make it clear:
Does my dependant also have "missing days limit in country" to qualify for ILR? Or "out of country days limit" doesn't apply to dependant? I am main applicant as Tier1.

180 days only applies to you. Your wife only needs to spend 2 years in UK to qualify for ILR.
