I have applied ILR based on 10 years residency, i was on student status before which was supposed to expire at the end of january, currently i am waiting to hear from home office. my question is am I allow to work full time at the current status.

your status remains while your application is being decided. So, if you were on a student visa then you aren't allowed to work more than hours specified on your stamp.
