Hi All,

I am on work permit since almost 5 years now and ILR due in May 2012.
I have seen some changes, could you please help me.....

As per Code of practice, I am on GBP 13.09 per hour rate - Can this be for 35 hours or 39/40 hours??? Can we show 35 hours of work?

This new salary ruke came last November, if I show my salary for year 2011-12 as per that code, would that be ok???

And last thing, I was not getting salary as per my WP and hence my P60s are showing less salary than on WP papers, would that creat a problem???

I am much more concern about above.
Could anyone please reply me or suggest me what to do???

ukba rate is based on 37.5 hours per week.

can someone guide me for my P60s issue and wages reauirements as new rules came from Nov 11.

Also, I got my WP letter somewhere in March/April, I was on student before and had to go to home country for WP stamp.
Can I apply in March/April or it has to be as per visa stamp?????

Please advice.
