ILR 94 days gap at a go.

Hi,
I am aware of the fact that there is a 180 days rule which says that you cannot be out of UK for more than 180 days in last 5 years to be eligible for ILR.
In my case I am within this limit of 180 days, but in a single trip, I was out of UK for 94 days.
I initially came to UK on a Work permit in December 2007,during my stay for 10 months I got my Tier 1 stamped in July 2008 and returned back to India in October 2008 to resign from my current Indian company as was suppose to join a UK company in mid-January 2009.
So I left for India on 13thOctober 2008 and came back to UK on 15th Jan 2009,Since I was suppose to join UK comp. on 19th Jan.
Can this gap of 94days be a issue in my ILR due in December 2012 ??
