Hi Could you please tell me the required documents for FLR(M) & SET (M) and is there any restrictions on number of days out side UK

The requirements are set out in the respective form and associated guidance. There
isn't any specified restrictions on the number of days outside the UK for ILR purposes.

You can as well try to dig out Set M success stories on here, they will give you a greater insight into the documents required as well.
