Hello guys,

My Tier1 visa extension due in July 2012 and if I get extension then my ILR will due in July 2015.
I got my Tier1 visa in July2010, so do I need to show 5 years £35k (point based income) income or just only last 12 months income?

just last 12 months income.

But it would be nice to take P60s for all 5 years at the time of your ILR to show you were economically active. But your ILR will be decided on the basis of last 12 out of 15 months in 2015.
