Hi,

Just like to ask : During 5 years of Tier 1 visa
Your wage scale have to be on Higher level--------

Lets say: I was required £26000 and in mid two years I had less wage scale........ will I be qualified for PR/ILR
1st year: 26000.00 (initial visa)
2ns year: 23000.00
3rd year: 26000.00 (ext visa)
4th year: 23000.00
5th year: 26000.00 PR/ILR SET-O
Can HO ask why your pay scale was down for two years etc...? can some one help and tell from his/her exprience....?

Hi

HO CW are not really concernd with the fact that what happened to your wages 2 years back.

According to the rule you only have to show them the last 12 months Wages and if you are fullfilling the requirements for the ILR that's all about it you can apply for ILR and it'll have no affects what so ever on your ILR application. I've come accross many people who luckily got the bonuses from their companies or got a pay rise on their humble request to their companies just to get their ILR sorted out.

Good luck for your ILR.
