ILR....SECTION 3 - WHICH CATEGORY Please?

Hi,
Please suggest me which option i have to choose in set(o) form under section 3?
My initial HSMP approval is on 7th, November,2006
Enter into UK on 20th, April, 2007.
When applied for renewal, received a letter from home office confirming i am assessed against HSMP JR and extended my stay further 3 years. Now in set(o) form under section category, which option i have to choose from below?
Section B:
Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document
(OR)
Highly skilled migrant under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review policy document
Kindly advice me
