Hi I am going to apply for my ilr ( underTier 1 general) next month by premium service and i am a self employed, but i do have some outstanding tax with HMRC,
But i have made arrangements with them to pay them soon, my question is that will it effect my ilr ?
or is there anyone whose application was rejected/delayed because of outstanding tax ?

as long as you have other docs to prove yourself then you should be fine. you still have to pay tax but I think there is a timeframe with HMRC where you have to pay it.

accountant letters, bank statements, payslip if you are an employee of your company. I am afraid I am no expert in self employed category
