Hi all,

In the SET 0 form, page 42 document section under 11.

There is mentioned two criterias as belows,

* Evidence specified in section 9A of this form

* For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met
the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

The first line is straight forward but in the second criteria, which document is about ? Do we need to show all the documents, which we granted Tier 1 ?

Any information would be very helpful.

Thank You

I think that question is applicable if you had switched from other categories prior to being granted Tier 1 (General) within the 5-year qualifying period. Enclose documents to show that you were legally in the UK and satisfied the requirements of your previous immigration categories.
