Not before 9th of January (28 days). How come you are completing your 5 years before 21st of March? Did they give you a few weeks extra?

You need to show 12 consecutive months in last 15 months before the date of application. So if applying on 9th of January then your consecutive 12 months can not start before 10th of October 2011.

Yes.

Thanks.

Its valid till Mar because I was on WP before being on T1G.

So if I can apply on 9th Jan, then does that mean I can show payslips from 9th Oct 2012 - 9th Nov 2012?

Can I not show 9th Sep 2012 - 9th Oct 2012 -- As 9th Oct to 9th Jan is 3 months and they say it should be 12 months in 15 month period.

First of it's 10th of the month to 9th of the month.
Secondly. From 10th of September to 9th of January, there are 16 months.
10th Sept 2012- 9th Sept 2013 = 12 months
10th Sept 2013 to 9th of Jan = 4 months

thanks.

which means I can show payslips from 10 Nov 2011 - 9 Oct 2012.

And I believe the 28 day rule applies to PEO also and irrespective of whether you have leaves remaining or not? THis is because the website says 28 days or 5 years whichever is earlier.
