Hi

I stayed approximately more than 180 days and total around 210 days during my 5 years of Continuous Leave

But all my holidays are paid during these holidays.
Do i need to count the day When i left they country and When i Enter
Let say if my passport shows these dates

27/12/2008 Entry back home
19/01/2009 Enter in UK home

So how many days I should count 23
Or 21 as i don't include the days of Entry and exit

Should I go for ILR??? and how do i mitigate this issue

Any sensible reply should be appreciated

Please use the search engine. This has been discussed too many times

No you DON'T count the days you left and came back.

I'm no expert but 210 days is not a big deal if you have the paperwork to prove the type of trips they were .. E.g letter from employer if they were during annual leave or for work
