For section 6 - month/year is fine.
For section 7 - try and do your best from the record you got (e-tickets, email etc). Don't worry if you miss a few. As long as she is not absent more than 6 months a year, she will be fine.

Thanks just one little thing.evidence of relationship I was reading that you have to show them joint account.my wife and I have been livin under the same roof we don't have joint account.however her bank statement and my bank statement have got the same address .as well as our payslips .p60 all come under the same address .electric and gas bill are under my name .so I wonder whether not having a joint account would cause problem ?

Why would yours be full of stamps. If you hold an article 10 residence card, in general, you should not have any stamps from EU countries.

The question of travel comes up rather often. If one has not been absent for more than the allowed time, just state that. If you have, don't apply. I don't remember is an acceptable answer. It would be difficult to remember every little trip, much easier if one had one major trip that exceeded the required time.

There is no requirement to have a joint account. What you might have read is that in self-sufficient applications when it is based on the non EEa national earnings, you need to show that the EEA national has access to the funds such as a joint account.

This is not relevant in your case as your partner is working.

If you have them to hand, the easiest thing might be to use council tax demands. That would be considered to be good evidence of residence in the UK. (There are many others of course).
