On 16 July 2012, the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 will change.
The amended regulations will set out the rights of EEA nationals and their family members to enter and reside in the UK and will also confirm the criteria for rights to permanent residence.

The amended regulations will set out the rights of EEA nationals and their family members to enter and reside in the UK and will also confirm the criteria for rights to permanent residence.

Lolalaal do you have any update for your EEA FP applicaion ?lalolaal wrote:Thank you for your email of 06/07/2012 enquiring about the progress of your visa application. I can confirm that the application is currently being processed but we cannot make a decision until all of our checks have been completed. We will do this as soon as we can. To deliver our customer service targets, please notify us if your visa application process has exceeded 12 weeks from the date of submission of your application.
I have already notify them..

I can confirm that the application is currently being processed but we cannot make a decision until all of our checks have been completed. We will do this as soon as we can.
