Post by asamant18 » Sat Sep 29, 2012 1:10 am

hi there everybody...i'm a bit confused as of now and in need of a good advice..
as my college licence got revoked august.i just recieved a letter from ukba dated 21 sep 2012....saying that my leave to remain has been limited untill 20 november and that i should make a fresh application before that...
also they have stated to send my passport and biometric permit to them by 4th of october to update their records...
now my question is ..i'm about to put my EEA2 aaplication on 4th...should i mention to them about this in a cover letter?
is there any chance of refusal for to my appliation?as i am putting a lot of supporting documents to prove my relationship is genuine and not of convienence....should i send my passport and biometric to them?or should i just send my EEA2 application??
i'm really confused plzzz help me with this, dnt know what to do really...is there any chance of a problem occuring anywhere??
i need advice on it plzzz help me..

do not send anything to ukba just apply for eea2 once you are married to an eea national ur status has changed your no longer student . you are a spouse of eea national ur just applying for confirmation of that so forget about biometric etc.

I take it that you are already married? If so make you EEA2 application, you will need to send your passport with that.

You could send your biometrics card back to the dept that asked for it and tell them that you have an EEA2 application pending.

There can be two options.
1. If you have relationship proofs with eea national before the deadline date then you can apply eea2 and write a letter to ukba tier4 department about that.
2. Send your passport to ukba tier 4 department and also send your eea2 application to ukba european department without passport but with a letter explaining that.
In either way attach a covering letter. Hope it will work.

Personally, I prefer option 1.

You should be aware that if you are married to an EU citizen who is doing something in the UK like being employed or is self sufficient, then you are automatically fully legal in the UK. Applying for the Residence Card is merely a formality, though a useful one.

hi there again...sorry to bother as i'm a very confused and a bit nervous soul at the moment really...

just need help with two question on the eea2 form on section 6...
1)Number of hours worked each week?(as my wife has no fixed hours sometimes she works 50 hours and sometimes 45 a week...but its always between the two)
2)salary wages recieved each month(again the same, depends on the hours she worked..not a fixed salary really..)

As i'm giving a her payslip from this month..should i state hours and salary stated on it?or what should i actually state on the two above?

my second query is...as we got married last week, and as i recieved ukba letter stating my limited permission to stay coz of my college licence revoked..makes any difference to my application as i have enough evidence to prove that this has not been MOC..

Also is the form eea2 version 7/2012 the right and the latest one i'm filling and applying now?

plzz advice on it...thanx.
