When to leave country once EEA permit granted

Post by Tejas » Sat Oct 26, 2013 6:46 am

Hi,

Wondering if someone knows when a person has to leave their country once they have been permitted the EEA family permit.

My husband was granted his permit early october and we are planning to travel together at the end of november. We are travelling from india to the uk.

Do you think this will be fine? Or are there any time day restrictions that you have to leave immediately once visa has been granted?

It would be great if someone could help.

Thank you

You can travel whenever you wish as long as the EEA is valid.
