Need Help Quickly (Professional) - Refuse EEA3

Post by Iphone5 » Sun Nov 10, 2013 2:34 pm

Hello everyone,

I received a refusal for my application EEA3 for those 2 points.

"Your application and has been considered and the following has been ascertained from the evidence provided:

1) You were a job seeker for a period in excess of six months
2) You have not evidenced that you were actively seeking work and had a genuine chance of engagement"

I had a job seeker allowance 7 months and 5 days, and I sent with my application a letter from job centre plus saying I was registered with them so now.

how can I solve this problems? As well as, how can I give evidence that I was actively seeking?

I already know it's Permanent Residence, and I sent all documents included pay slips, P60's and bills but I got refusal for the reasons I mentioned before.

Can you or anyone advice me on what to do as well as, how I can give evidence that I was actively seeking job?

I was job-seeking for 7 months, and they say you have to be for only less 6 months...

thanks

Just provide evidence of what you did to secure a job rather than just signing every two weeks and collecting JSA - emails sent, applications sent, interviews attended etc.
