Retained Right of Residence

Dear All,

To apply for retained right of residence the couple should have lived together for 3 years or being in marriage for 3 years (of which they lived together for one year in the UK) is sufficient?

it's 3 years marriage, of which they lived together at least for a year in the UK and EEA national was exercising treaty rights.
