UK Residence Card format

The wait for my parents' RCs is over in just under 6 months.The car reads:

TYPE OF PERMIT: FAMILY MEMBER / EU RESIDENCE
AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CARD: RESIDENCE CARD OF A FAMILY MEMBER OF A UNION CITIZEN

It does not make reference to Article 10 of the Directive it was issued under. Does this in itself create a problem for visa free travel?
