Passport lost with residency document

I have a 10 year eea resident document in my passport which I think I have lost
I need to travel to Brazil immediately I will need to get a new Brazilian passport but how do I get a new uk residency document linked to my new passport so I can re-enter the uk?
I have a copy of my residency document

Hi Heliane, have you reapplied for a new residence card? I have lost mine, I am brazilian citizen with EEA residence card, lost my passport 2 days ago when I came back from Holiday
