Visa Processing Time and visa validity

Hi Everyone

Could anyone pls help to know that EEA-FM visa processing time. Usually how long does HO takes to process the visa?
And how many years visa do i get initially, I have been married for 11 years, staying in the UK for 5 years and my husband claimed portuguese nationality only last year.
Please help me to make my complications simple.

Processing time for EEA FM is maximum 6 months . Validity is for 5 years .
