Timeline query for EEA EFM application

Hi all,

I sent my EEA EFM application more than month ago and the payment was deducted a month ago today as well, i haven't received biometric enrolment letter or coa yet from them. I did contact the home office and they said it can take upto 8-10 weeks for bio and coa. Is it normal or should i be worried?

Hello. Can someone advise on what to do. I sent my EEA 4 application as an EFM cousin of EEA national, in March. Money was taken out of my account a week later. I got my Coa and biometric letter together 3 weeks later with unconfirmed right to work!
My solicitor wrote to them and they replied to say we didn't include passport and prove of relationship which we did.
We sent a letter back immediately to tell them all documents was included.
I have also sent various emails which they have not responded to.
I have not been able to continue working because my employer wants this letter.
Can anyone on the forum advice on what I can do next.
