Hi,
I have a case when a mother of an EEA national who IS EEA NATIONAL AS WELL would like to apply for EEA permanent residence certificate. The mother:
- is totally depended on her daughter who is EEA national
- has leaved in the UK for more than 5 years
- doesn't have any documents to be able to prove that she reside at any address in the UK and she doesn't have any documents to prove that she lived with her daughter. She lived with her daughter in the same address for the past 7 years.
- doesn't have any prove of money being transfered between her daughter and her
- doesn't even have a national insurance number or English account on her name.
- is not registered with any GP.
- receives a pension back in EEA country that is enough to cover payments for the house she ows
It is a very difficult case we don't know how to present. The mother basically lived in the UK being totaly depended on the daughter but as it is a family a daughter just supported her mother informally: paid for the house herself, provided all the basic support that is not logged anywhere. The daughter owns the house they are living at.
I think we can prove financial dependancy by showing very little made of a pension and almost none left for living costs but we cannot prove the residence. Please advice.
