Section 9 of Application for EEA (PR)

Hi All

I have a dilemma with a question 9.15 in section 9 of EEA (PR) application:

Did you/your sponsor work for an uninterrupted period of 12 months in accordance with one or more of the documents mentioned in the table above? (its about WRS certificate)
If yes, when did you/your sponsor complete this 12-month period? (and there is a box for exact date to put)

I don't know what exact date I should put there then as I found on my WRS certificate the issue date and then the start date of my employment as well. I worked for that company for 8 years continuously and my WRS certificate was issued at the very beginning of my employment dating back to 2008.

Please can anyone help me with this
