Hello all
First thank you very much! if you can share from your knowlage I will be very grateful.
i am an unmarred partner of a EEA citizen exersaiting her trithy rights in the uk for the lest 6 years. I am on a residence card visa and have been in the lest five years.
We are planing to apply for a permanent residence this year and had a few questions.
1) I know that the non EEA unmarried partner souled apply with the EEA4 form but cant undersand if my EEA partner need to use form EEA1 or EEA3?
2) These the application need to be done in tow stages?
E.g- these my EEA partner needs to be permanent residence before i can apply? or should we just send the 2 forms together and apply at the same time?
Is there any benefits of applying in 2 stages?
3) do you have any idea what is the criteria for qualifying as self sufficient?
We have around £35,000 in our bank account that we left there throughout the 6 years. Is that enough??
thank you very very much!
