can i pply for eea2 in uk without sending eea 1 application

in eea 2 application there's anote and it say you dont need to send application for regestraion eea 1 if your partner here and have treaty rights
i dont know what is that
my wife here for 4 years and half
so can i send my eea2 application and that;s it or i should send 2 applications
..second questions what kind of documents i must send , thanks alot all

Applying for EEA1 for your partner is optional. You can send only the EEA2 application.

However, your partner will need to provide supporting evidence which is the same evidence needed for EEA1 application anyway so adding a EEA1 application for her doesn't change anything (just need to add the application form).

The application clearly lists what is required in section 11 (documents) of the form
