So, Obie...

I've been thinking these things through... Particularly Carpenter.

I have infact conducted cross border sales in many methods..

Ebay / PayPal - both of these companies are based in Zurich. This means that Article 49 applies for myself - I pay a fee to eBay / PayPal for their provision of service, and their provision enables me to make sales / etc (some of my ebay sales have been across europe / poland / france etc). this is further to AdSense / Hosting reselling on behalf of a EU country etc.

I intend to submit all these further documents - to further assert my "excersising treaty rights"...

The way I see it: the home office have accepted in their notice of refusal / reasons that to remove my wife will infact impede my right to work. (they state to work would be my own decision etc).

We intend to argue over Zambrano as the major confirmation, but this does not grant PR etc... Carpenter i feel would lead to PR?, as it is directly relating...? or am I wrong on that interpretation.

OK, just had the Social Services lady come round this morning... and she was here for about an hour or two.

cant really do a lot, but after explaining everything etc... she has said quite simply : "well, its obvious that (my wife) is the main carer" and whilst they can't get involved personally, she is writing a report to the effect...

"visited mr and mrs P. I can not see any need for intervention at this time, as it is clear that mrs p is the main carer and managing well with the family. There is no real support network in the area for the family, and should mrs p be removed then it is clear that intervention and reassessment will be required" etc...

so once this comes (in next day or two) we will send this to the tribunal also...
