Next time, don't put pressure on other people to reply to you quickly when you should have considered the application in advance of the day you want to send it out. You might want to plan.
thank you very much dad, if you look on the form you will find out that 7.3 does not include you, only your eea family member.
and before you start running your mouth about advance planning pressure on people. you should bear it in mind that eea application form changes rapidly.

so i did planned before and you didnt even answered my question by the way.

FYI next time if u dont have a relevant answer to a question I suggest u should keep cleared and dont be rude;;

I answered your question with a question:
You will see that 7.1 and 7.2 both say: "If you/your EEA national family member", why should 7.3 not include 'you'? I guess they missed that. If you don't fill in the details here, where would you propose to write them? There isn't anywhere else.
You might want to read what people write before you reply with some stupid answer saying I didn't answer your question. The answer is in the quote above and it is relevant. But don't worry - I won't answer any of your questions again.

I see you can't understand my point. Who starts to fill in a form on the day that they send it? Or has the form changed this morning at 4:44am/5:31am UK time? I doubt very much that anyone from the Home Office was working on an EEA3/EEA4 form at that time of the morning.

If my calculations are correct, it is about 9:30am in the UK at the moment...how many people would have been out of bed when you posted your first question (5:30am in the UK)?

By the way, it is very unlikely that I am your 'dad'.

Why would I take it personally? You are of no consequence to me.

I will continue to try to help others but I will not be trying to help you anymore.

Good luck with your application.

Good day everyone,

hope you all are seating very tight because I have got a great news for you, but before I start sharing it, I will like to say big, big fat thank you to all you member who has dedicated your time to give support to others, especially to JAMBO and CHAOCLIVE.

It all went down like this!

EEA3 and EEA4 applications sent on 23/01/14
HO received on 24/04/14
Payment taken out 25/04/14
COA received on 29/04/14
Both PR issued on 03/06/14
Documents and PR received on 07/06/14

It took them just roughly 6 weeks pretty quick more than what I expected.

Thank you all once again, I would not have achieved this now without this forum.
Good luck to those of you who are waiting for your PR and those who are looking to apply soon, like jambo always say keep your application simple.

I guess BC is our next step now? when can we apply and what documents is required?

You can apply for BC a year after you have received PR (if your spouse isn't British).

I'm not so sure about the documents needed for naturalization but this should help:

The form is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... orm-AN.pdf

Congrats.

tiger-man, i have the same problem like you I am applying for a permanent resident card just for myself as an EEA national and not sure if I should fill out section 7.3....? Should I leave it blank or fill in the details of MY employment history in case they made a mistake?
Since you applied successfully I was wondering what you did with section 7.3 in the form.

Any help appreciated!! Thank you
