I applied for an EEA2 residence card since 2008 as an extended family of an EEA.The Home Office turn down my application in 2009 and i had to go for an appeal in 2010 which failed as well because they said I had no prove that I was under my brother's care back in Nigeria and with some other reasons; i have lived with him here in England for 5years now and i have prove of that which is my bank statement and my mobile bills.
I was told by a friend that i can re-apply please any advise would be appreciated.

You may be able to apply now as a result of changes that has taken place to the case laws since 2008. However you will need to prove you were dependant or member of your brother's household in Nigeria. If you are unable to pr.ove this, it will be difficult to succeed

Thanks for your reply; that is the problem I have because I have no prove. Is there any other thing I can do since I have lived here for 5years?
