years.my wife is a polish citizen and she is in england from 2004.Our boy
is a british citizen.

Hi, you need to add more details, like when did she left you and did you apply for retain of residence after she left you?

You require evidence of her identity if you are applying as family member of a qualified person who has resided in the UK in accordance with these regulations for 5 years.
