Cant think straight

I did my application for eea4 in Nov 2011 received my COA end of Nov.Its now over 6 months, called HO and told me my documents were dispatched in April.I had enclosed a special delivery envelope which it was not used. I have to write to the caseworker...... Anybody been through this please help! all my documents originals were there.
