EEA FAMILY PERMIT

Hello,
i am new to this forum,need help.
My husband is in UK from last two months,he just got the job,he will be starting from 15th of June.he will get his first pay slip in first week of July.
my question is whether i can apply for EEA FP with just one pay slip that is also of half month to show that he is exercising treaty rights or i have to wait till he gets 3 months pay slip,

please reply i will appreciate as i want to join my husband as soon as possible.

An employer's letter confirming employment is all that's required to demonstrate that he is a worker.

Thanx Lucapooka and Eusmile,

My husband got a letter from his employer but his pay is not mention on that
letter,i have checked vaf5 form there is question asking that how much is the EEA National income after tax,what should i say PLEASE REPLY I WILL APPRECIATE

VAF5 is from a time pre Metock case (if you are not familiar don't worry). In the past the UK used to ask such questions of applicants that were not already within the EU. That's been comprehensively banned (since said case). In other words, not required now.

Your husband is an EU citizen working in the UK.

So you do not need to answer any questions about how much money he has, how much money you have, where you are working (or not) presently. Just answer "Not applicable for spouse of EU citizen"

Why did you not go with your husband to the UK when he first went?

Thank you Guys,

Didn't come together because some one told my husband that he need tenancy agreement,3 months pay slips and bank statements and any utility bill,

Anyway thanx a lot i will keep you guys update about my application.
