My step-daughter came here last October from the Philippines on an EEA family permit sponsered by myself- an Irish citizen living in UK.She was just under 21 at the time .
When she applied for her EEA 2 (residency) she was refused on the dependency evidence - she was just over 21 at this stage - even though she was living with us (Me and her Mother), and I was giving her money on a weekly basis which we proved.
We sucessfully appealed the decision , that was over 2 months ago ,We have e-mailed and wrote to them since but we never even had an acknowledgement :x
Where do we go from here as she needs to get her college placement sorted out and until she gets her residence status she can not do that .
Any advise would be helpful :)
