i am new to this forum and to be honest i have started just yesterday i feel better after reading a lot of post.
i am a EU family member and was granted my 5years residency in 2007 i first entered the UK in december 2002 as student and i have been under student visa until my status changed in 2007. we got married in 2006 but i have wait until my student visa expired to apply for the EU family member residence card. my 5years finished in july 2012. my husband are at divorced stage we don't get along anymore. he left the house in june. we havent started divorce yet. first he was willing to help me with my case but i think the more we argue the more he just changed his mind and started to be a pain in the mule obvuously he has a girlfriend no doubt about that. i have got some of his payslips from 2004 to 2009 (he came to the UK in 2004) he a french citizen. some p45 for the same period. he did not work really since 2009 but was still living in the UK. i am self employed myself. i need to know what are my options as we are not on speaking terms and he is not willing to support my case. please help.tx

If you were married in 2006 then that is when your five year residence period began. If he has not been working then you may need to have held comprehensive sickness insurance unless he actually achieved PR before 2009 (when he stopped working). Do you know if he did this?

He does not need to have applied for PR as that is something that comes automatically, but he does need to have exercised treaty rights to achieve this. Frankly, if you don't know the specifics of his history then it may not be possible to get relevant advice.
