19yrs and 22yrs with resident permite applying for permanent

hey i got my permanent resident in feb this year and still married to my eea national but we are not getting on ok so i want a divorce,my question is i have a daughter who is 19yrs and a son 22yrs they both have 5yrs residence permite until 7/08/14 and they are in permanent jobs.so if we divorce with my husband now will it be possible for me to apply permanent resident for them or to apply on their own.thanx

Interesting question.
When did they come to the UK? Did then enter with an EEA Family Permit?

both came on 20/5/09 and came with 6 months eea family permit visa and then applied for resident permit and were given 5yrs[/b]

So their PR application can be made 5 years from 20/5/09.
Do you have a photocopy or photo of the EU citizen's passport information page? Does the EU citizen have Permanent Residence? Did they apply for confirmation of it from UKBA?

Yes i have EU citizen's passport photocopy but he did not apply for permanent Resident because he was not bothered

When you apply for PR for the children, you will need to have proof that the EU citizen has a 5 year period of working in the UK (which means they have PR). So you need to have pay slips from that period, or income tax returns, or something similar.
If they had applied, you could also use their PR card as such proof.
