EEA3 question

Hi forum
I need your advice.i hold my pr since september2012 ,but i have only apply for myself
And now i would like to send eea3 for my wife.she lives in the uk more than 5 years now but she never worked(children).thanks for replay

Any specific reason you didn't apply together? This would have saved you applying again now.
She can apply as a family member of EEA national using form EEA3. As you have PR confirmation, you don't need to prove treaty rights again and can just send your PR booklet and your passport/ID card as evidence to support her application. Your wife would need to add a passport/ID card, a marriage certificate and proof of 5 years of residence.
It's a simple application so hopefully won't take long.

What can be used as proof of residence for 5 year old child? Child was born in the UK and live here since. Been abroad only few times on holiday.

A letter from the GP confirming the child has been registered with NHS since birth and attended appointments during the 5 years.
I would not really bother applying for PR Confirmation for EEA nationals children. Doesn't give them any value in the UK. Maybe worth doing if they need some proof of their status for their other nationality for example.
