hello everybody!

I'm a non EU citizen , my wife is a EEA citizen residing in the UK since 2005, I have been in the Uk 2 times before as a family visitor.
I want to ask if there is a possibility to apply for an EEA family permit from inside the UK .

The EEA Family Permit serves as an entry clearance ("visa") to enter the UK and is only valid for 6 months. As you are already in the UK, it is not needed. You should apply for a 5 years Residence Card using form EEA2. The required evidence is similar.

As the husband of an EU citizen you are entitled to remain in the UK for as long as you want. If you are visiting right now, you do not need to go home.

Is she working here? Since when has she worked?

She is studying at the moment and looking for a job, she never worked before.
