Hi everyone, I need help and opinions from you guys ..
I received my eea fp nov 2008 for 5 years which is due to expire on nov 2013. After 3 year working and living in Uk I decided to go back to my home country to study. 18 months i was absent from uk , I visited Uk once during this period ( 3 days )Now I'm in London again, but not working yet. My partner was working while I was away for my studies. So anyone knows what could happen if I apply for permanent residency ?

You will get refused but nothing stops you from applying for another 5 years RC.

If meet the conditions for RoR, then you will be able to apply for it once you are divorced. The 18 months should not affect your RoR but will postpone the day you obtain PR.
